Safe Space For Women
The idea was born during a heartfelt conversation over coffee between Beata Podgórska and Magda Kubińska-Hałys, when they realised how many women around them were silently struggling — overwhelmed, burnt out, doubting themselves, and carrying far too much alone.
Together, they shaped the first vision, mission, and logo for She Connects — a women’s empowerment community designed to help women rebuild confidence, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging.
First Gathering in March 2025
Before the very first gathering in March 2025, Beata Sapińska joined the team, bringing her therapeutic insight, intuition, and creative energy. Her contribution strengthened the mission and helped shape She Connects into the nurturing, holistic space it is today.

What began as a simple idea quickly grew into a supportive women’s community in Slough, where women come together to share their stories, burnout, career changes, motherhood, migration, heartbreak, reinvention, and find connection, clarity, and hope.

At the heart of She Connects are women who believe deeply in the power of community, compassion, and personal transformation. Each of us brings a unique blend of experience, intuition, and purpose — united by one mission: to create a safe, empowering space where every woman can rise.
Beata Podgórska
Co-Funder
Beata brings to She Connects a powerful blend of vision, authenticity, and deep sensitivity to what women truly need. As a personal development coach, she combines empathy, life experience, and attentive listening to create a safe space where every woman can pause, breathe, and return to herself.
In her work, she supports women in discovering their own path — in life, career, and education — and in finding the courage to step into a new chapter when the old one no longer serves them.
Magda Kubińska - Hałys
Co-Funder
Magda brings warmth, presence, and a remarkable ability to create an atmosphere where every woman feels seen and valued. Her natural empathy, intuition, and experience working with people allow her to support women through moments of reflection, change, and inner awakening.
For years, she has been working in the financial sector. This unique combination of emotional sensitivity, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making beautifully complements the mission of She Connects.
Beata Sapińska
Co-Funder
Beata brings a calm, grounding presence to She Connects. As a sexology therapist, she supports women in understanding themselves on a deeper emotional and relational level. Her work helps women reconnect with their bodies, boundaries, and inner truth safely and compassionately.
With her therapeutic background and intuitive approach, Beata guides women through moments of reflection, healing, and personal transformation — enriching their lives with depth, emotional safety, and holistic wellbeing.
